HEAD OF STATE: HIS SERENE HIGHNESS KING OF THE VESPACIANS RUMWOLD. His Serene Highness
was the founder of our state in 1976 and has been its only ruler. He has lived in a variety of places and thereby established
Vespacian enclaves in different parts of the world at different times. The title "Serene" rather than "Royal" reflects the
nature of his tenure as monarch by divine will expressed through the people rather than divine birthright.
CONSORT: HER SERENE HIGHNESS QUEEN OF THE VESPACIANS LIA. Her Serene Highness became
Queen of the Vespacians in 2005. Their Serene Highnesses were initially married under Vespacian law which is not yet recognised
by any other authority thus demonstrating their commitment to the ideals and independence of the state. They subsequently
celebrated an Orthodox Church wedding on the Feast of Pentecost (27th May) 2007.
Her Serene Highness was born in what is now the Republic of Georgia which does not yet recognise The Vivo
Espace Democratic Republic. On ceremonial occasions she may be identified by her regalia of two hearts
worn on a simple silver chain round the neck. The smaller pink one represents her love for His Serene Highness and the larger
purple one represents her love for the Republic.
MINISTERS: The monarch has decreed that every Vespacian citizen shall take responsibility
for the welfare of the state. Therefore each is given a ministerial responsibility. The individual identities of living citizens
are privileged but their current titles are:

The title of Enlightener of the Arts is held by Mr. Al Jolson who is
a posthumous citizen having died in 1950 before the foundation of the state. In addition to his supreme accomplishments in
the entertainment world Mr. Jolson has a track record of principled conduct including entertaining troops on principle at
his own expense when his government would not send him. On one of his later recordings he sang that he was "A Son of God's
Country" which is a claim only a Vespacian can make.
The title of Grand Duke was held by the former Mr. Roman Pintscher who
was granted Vespacian citizenship in 1992 and died a Vespacian citizen at the age of 69. Grand Duke Roman was born in Poland
to a family whose history is similar to that of people who were ennobled in other countries for doing similar work. The Vivo
Espace Democratic Republic was glad to correct this anomaly.
